1. Introduction

GVM Europe Kft. (hereinafter: the "Company" or the "Data Controller") is committed to protecting personal data. This policy describes what personal data we process via the KCSN website (kcsn.hu) and the KCSN platform, for what purpose and on what legal basis, as well as the rights to which you are entitled.

2. What data do we process?

When you complete the forms available on the website (demo request, callback request, module access request), we may process the following data:

Contact data: name, company name, business e-mail address, phone number
Content of messages: the information you provide, your area of interest, the package you select
Technical data: IP address, browser type, website usage data (by means of cookies)

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

Contact and responding to inquiries: contacting you and providing information based on the forms. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Preparation and performance of a contract: subscription, demo, provision of services. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Legal obligation: invoicing, taxation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Legitimate interest: ensuring the operation of the website and the platform, preventing abuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Marketing (where applicable): newsletters, offers – solely on the basis of separate consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

4. Data retention period

Contact data: for a maximum of 1 year
Data processed during the contractual relationship: for 5 years
Data processed on a statutory basis: for the period prescribed by law

5. Access and data transfers

The data is accessed by the competent staff of GVM Europe Kft. In certain cases, data processors (e.g. hosting and IT service providers, accountant) may also access the data, solely to the extent necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request its rectification, request its erasure (the "right to be forgotten"), request the restriction of processing, object to the processing, and request data portability.
